Who you going to call?

Up early again so it was straight out onto the streets and this time we went all the way up to Central Park stopping for breakfast bagels on the way. After walking through the park we stopped at the lake and thought we’d have a go on the boats. After nearly an hour of trying not to crash into anything or fall in whilst looking at the Manhattan skyline we stopped for a glass of wine by the edge of the lake. We walked to Strawberry fields and left before the man on his guitar broke into Imagine. Then it was off to Little Italy for a snack which turned out to be a massive plate of pasta each and a bottle of wine. When in Rome....... After filling out bellies we went to Greenwich village (again) to go and see the ghostbusters fire house where I made numerous jokes about Phil looking like Egon. He took it well. Since it was happy hour we went to bar 230 where I nearly didn’t get in because I’d left my ID at the apartment. When will I learn?! I successfully persuaded the guy on the door that I was over 21 and we went up to a very crowded rooftop which had alright views but not quite what I was hoping for.
