AIDAmar Reisetagebuch Tag 2 - Kopenhagen

Nach einer ruhigen Nacht auf See (das Schiff lag unheimlich still im Wasser) erreichten wir heute früh Kopenhagen und legten an der Langelinie, nördlich der „Kleinen Meerjungfrau“ an.

Aufgrund bisher mehrerer Besuche hier in Kopenhagen, einer davon erst im Sommer, entschlossen wir uns erst einmal auf dem Schiff zu bleiben. Erstaunlich wie leer das Schiff ab 11 Uhr dann ist. Fast ein Geisterschiff, wäre da nicht noch die Besatzung.
Erstaunlich war aber dann doch, dass gegen 12:30 Uhr die Restaurants wieder total voll waren. Der Deutsche isst halt pünktlich zu Mittag 🤔

Wir selbst sind dann ins neue Restaurant auf der Mar, dem Best Burger@Sea gegangen. Hier sind die Speisen im Reisepreis enthalten, Getränke müssen aber dazu bestellt und bezahlt werden. Pakete werden scheinbar nicht akzeptiert, nur die Genießerkarten oder direkte Abrechnung der Getränke übers Bordkonto. Die Auswahl dort besteht aus Burgern, Nuggets, Chicken Wings oder Desserts.

Im Anschluss haben wir das Schiff dann doch noch kurz verlassen und sind auf der „Langelinie“ entlang gelaufen in Richtung Yachthafen. Auf dem Weg dorthin findet man kleine Souvenir- oder Textilshops, als auch verschiedene Skulpturen als Fotomotiv. Wer gerne die Stadt erkunden wollte, der konnte aber auch am Schiff in die dort abfahrende Hop On - Busse steigen.

Um 19 Uhr geht es dann weiter in Richtung Aarhus.

🇬🇧 AIDAmar Travel Diary Day 2 - Copenhagen

After a quiet night at sea (the ship was incredibly calm in the water) we reached Copenhagen early this morning and landed at Langelinie, north of the "Little Mermaid".

Due to several visits here in Copenhagen, one of them only in summer, we decided to stay on the ship. Amazing how empty the ship is from 11 o'clock then. Almost a ghost ship if it were not for the crew.
Amazing was then but that at 12:30 clock the restaurants were completely full. The German just eats lunch punctually

We then went to the new restaurant on the Mar, the Best Burger @ Sea. Here, the food is included in the travel price, but drinks must be ordered and paid. Packages are apparently not accepted, only the gourmet cards or direct billing of the drinks on board. The selection consists of burgers, nuggets, chicken wings or desserts.

Afterwards we left the ship for a while and walked along the "Langelinie" towards the marina. On the way you will find small souvenir or textile shops, as well as various sculptures as a photo opportunity. Those who wanted to explore the city, but could also get on the ship in the there departing Hop On - buses.

At 19 o'clock it goes further in the direction of Aarhus.
