Café de Olla

We are out trying to grab something quick for our last dinner in Puerto Vallarta. Hipólito tells him to try Cafe de Olla, which is only a few blocks away. It seems it is quite popular. We sit outside on the sidewalk, the waiter is really nice to me. He gives him my traveling water dish which the waiter fills with cool water and places it in front of me on the sidewalk. He orders beef fajitas and a Modelo cerveza. The fajitas are served, but he is very disappointed, the beef is dry, chewy and grisly. When the waiter comes back to check on us, he complains to him, I can sense that he is uncomfortable complaining, but the waiter takes the fajitas back and replaces them. The replacement is better, but, not much better. He splits the beef with me, which I eat heartily (chewy meat doesn't bother me). We finish and get started back to our hotel.
