    Scrambled egg salad on rye with shaved bottarga

    Small beans with blood sausage and game sausage with white wine, olive oil, parsley

    Grilled leeks with a mozzarella like cheese (stratacelli) and sourdough bread crumbs

    Salmon roe spread on grilled bread and olive oil—tastes like salmon cream cheese

    Spider crab salad with grilled charred shredded cabbage and crab meat on top of crab egg purée

    Grilled John Dory was fresh and firm but mild and can’t taste the smoke. Only served with olive oil.

    Lobster was grilled and undercooked. Disappointed for this caliber of restaurant. Sauce made from the head insides.

    Cheesecake was more like a lemon soufflé.

    Smoked haddock on top of mashed parsnips and in milk saffron sauce. Can’t taste saffron. Milk was like cream. Can taste smoke

    Kolhrabi mandolined with vinegar parsley caper vinaigrette and small sweet shrimps

    Grilled toast with foie gras that tastes of caramelized onion and cognac

    Rice pudding with raspberry jam

    Speccaloos cookie that tasted of anise ice cream with warm fresh madeleines that were like sponge cake

    Brioche with ham and egg
    Brioche with scrambled egg and shaved truffle and goat cheese

    Confit rabbit leg with avocado or olive oil aioli. Covered in panko
    Lamb sweetbreads that were a little too salty

    Duck with tarragon paste and radish

    Almond custard with sherry

    Goat cheese ice cream with an amaro like licorice syrup

    Fallow deer with currents and chestnuts purée and sesame seed brittle which was good
    Mushrooms ragu with warm spices and celeriac purée

    Pan seared goat cheese with toasted almonds they and honey—need all in 1 bite. Rubbery
    Pork cigars—shredded pork inside spring roll wrapped—a bit salty
    Cod Wellington with creme fraiche
    Duck with rounds and chestnut purée
    Potato gnocchi—good texture but no flavor in the sauce
