Scrambled egg salad on rye with shaved bottarga
Small beans with blood sausage and game sausage with white wine, olive oil, parsley
Grilled leeks with a mozzarella like cheese (stratacelli) and sourdough bread crumbs
Salmon roe spread on grilled bread and olive oil—tastes like salmon cream cheese
Spider crab salad with grilled charred shredded cabbage and crab meat on top of crab egg purée
Grilled John Dory was fresh and firm but mild and can’t taste the smoke. Only served with olive oil.
Lobster was grilled and undercooked. Disappointed for this caliber of restaurant. Sauce made from the head insides.
Cheesecake was more like a lemon soufflé.Read more
