The center of yoga in the world. Nine days before my yoga teacher training started I arrived here. On my first day, maybe two hours after arrival I bumped into Kati, the south African girl. We went out for food and talked a lot. She went out for a rafting tour but I had to refuse because of a cold. There she met Kye and Alex, two guys from London. We spent a couple of days together and had an amazing time. We jumped in some yoga classes and two days before the training started I met Mike. Again.
Mike and me met already in Jaipur in the hostel where we recognized that we'll do the same course. Great days followed and good, deep conversations.
In AYM we got rooms next to each other's and we became a kind of good friends.
Lot of stuff happened in the training, awesome people met there and we as group grew together. Most of us spent almost 24hrs a day together. Someone was sick, everyone cared.
Now, more than a month later, it's still hard to find the right words to explain what's happened there. I still miss this time of learning, being exhausted most of the time, the excitement of teaching people, teaching friends, I miss the people around me. This beautiful guys I randomly met at school, soul mates. I can't describe how this four weeks changed my prospective to the world, and situations. I hope to see some of them again. Universe provides what we need in life.

Take me, from the false knowledge to the right one,
Take me, from the darkness to the light
And take me from the fear of death to the assurance of immortality.
The previous words are one of the mantras in our classes. It give hope that no one is lost, along his path. This one kept in my mind.Read more
