Sticky@Pavilion candy before your eyes

As parents, we love it when there is something in the mall for the family to do other than just wander from shop to shop. Fortunately, Pavilion did not disappoint and the kids were absolutely fascinated by the candy-making process on display at Sticky. We did not get a chance to see them embed the designs into the candy, however we did manage to catch pretty much everything after that: From the big design to the stretching and rolling down into a thin design, to the conversion into amazingly even-thickness candy tubes, to the high-speed, high-precision chopping into tiny candy drops! Davy wanted to stay to see the next production cycle, but it was already past bedtime and we hadn't even made it to the main event for the evening - so we had to negotiate for YouTube videos of candy-making instead.Read more
