Christchurch to Kaikoura

I was so happy to leave Christchurch. I had a slow morning and then got the bus to kaikoura which was very easy, I saw seals on the way. I checked into the hostel and then took an old bike to the supermarket - it wasn't a comfy ride at all and was a bit scary without a helmet!
