    Melbourne ist mit 4,64 Mio. Einwohnern die Hauptstadt und gleichzeitig berühmteste Stadt in Victoria. Hier wohnen Leute aus wohl 140 verschiedenen Nationen, was sich besonders in den vielen unterschiedlichen Restaurants widerspiegelt.
    Wir haben die Stadt nur an zwei Tagen besucht, da wir eher weiter in den Norden fahren wollen.
    Entlang des Yarra River sind wir im City Centre vom Crown Entertainment Complex bis in die Swanston Street und zum Olympic Park zur Rod Laver Arena (Australian Open) gelaufen. Am anderen Tag haben wir uns den Victoria Harbour angesehen, in dem neuen modern Stadtteil Docklands mit vielen teuren Appartements, Büros und Restaurants. Auch den alten Australian F1 Grand Prix Circuit haben wir uns angesehen, wobei man davon nicht mehr viel erkennen kann. Man kann hier eine Runde drehen, was beim Gewicht des Camper aber nicht erlaubt war.
    Am folgenden Tag ging es dann schon nach Phillip Island...

    Melbourne ist with a population of 4,64 million people, the capital and at the same time the most popular city in Victoria. Here are living people from probably 140 different nations, which is reflected particularly in plenty of different restaurants.
    We've visited the city for only two days, because we actually want to go further north.
    Along the Yarra River we walked to the city centre, from Crown Entertainment Complex till the Swanston Street and to the Olympic Park to the Rod Laver Arena (Australian Open).
    At the other day we had a look at the Victoria Harbour , in the new modern district Docklands with many expensive appartments, offices and restaurants.
    We also had a look at the old Australian F1 Grand Prix Circuit, although you can't really identify no more. You can take a round here, but which is not permitted for the weight of the Camper.
    At the following day we already went to Phillip Island
