As this is our last morning here in Hobart, we walked along the River Derwent foreshore to see some of the sculptures along the trail. I will do the whole trail from Sandy Bay next time I'm here!! Which I hope won't be too far away.Read more
The things you find on your way 💜 Kelly Steps were on maps that I had seen before I left Brisbane so I thought they might have historical significance. The steps were created in 1840 and sit behind the Salamanca Arts Centre, leading down into a laneway. It's gorgeous!!Read more
We are in Battery Point, one of the oldest parts of Hobart, just down the road from our hotel, Lenna of Hobart.
Like Piccadilly Circus in London, Arthur Circus is a roundabout but this is the most beautiful one I have seen. This site was purchased in 1829 by Governor George Arthur.Read more
