Lac du saint croix and so forth

    October 6, 2018 in France ⋅ ⛅ 21 °C

A few things rolled into on bite size chunk, if your bites are capable of consuming 11km lakes.
We realised that it had been a few days since we saw a lake so on we went to the aforementioned body of water.
Here we found yet another cross loving building on a large rock based foundation, this time round we werent gonna be fooled into climbing it incase jesus was home and simply enjoyed the town and its fried potatoes cut into a stick like fashion; I don't think it will catch on. We then upgraded our shoes to include a boat, always handy when planing a trip up a river, and peddled ourselved and a picnic up the gorge for one last oggle at its majesty. After that we visited a few different towns round the lake though it seemed people had forgotten to be human because some of them were only inhabited by cats.

Now to head back to civilization with actual people because the van needs some loving that only a mechanic can provide and we're yet to meet a cat that can even operate a toaster let alone fix a van.
Ps. Found ourselves at a triathlon called nature man, so we felt compelled to get fit and better ourselves. We did this by eating pizza at the finish line.
