Greece cottage country

We started our exploration of Greece in a little seaside cottage, northwest of Athens. The town of Alyki looks like a retreat for the city folk. It boasts a tiny fishing harbour, an old castle on the hill and spectacular ocean views. We had a quiet stay here catching up on our schoolwork and just being on our own again.
We met a cat on the second day there. She was meowing a lot and we found it cute at first but when she kept meowing through the night it got really annoying. The next day we realized that the cat lived there and we were allowed to feed her and she quieted down quickly after that! Geoff got out for a morning hike and we swam on the beach below us.
