Azerbaijan, my 13th country🇦🇿

Unfortunately arriving not by bike but by airplane. Azerbaijan still has Covid Regulations in place which states that you can only enter the country by air. Sitting in an airplane with 150 people is of course much safer than entering alone by land border…
Even the locals find this ridiculous, most likely it‘s just a measure to keep ukrainians and russians from fleeing to the country without politicaly admiting it.

Once in Baku, the city is very impressive though. Architecture is impressive and the whole city just feels like a mixture between Turkey and middle eastern oil states. Very different from the cities i’ve been to and certainly very interesting. Would definitely like to spend some more time here in the future!Read more
