    Day 13, Cu Chi Tunnels

    This morning we left Saigon and set off for the Cu Chi Tunnels. The tunnels were an incredible underground command base for 10,000 Viet Cong troops and were a major part of the Tet Offensive. I crawled through a 40m length of tunnel. There are over 100 km of tunnels.
    We then set off for Cambodia. We said goodbye to Theo at the Vietnam boarder, walked across and met our new guide on the Cambodian side. We arrived in Phnom Penh in time for dinner which we had in a restaurant overlooking the Mekong. After dinner we had a short walk past the King's Palace.
