Lovely Evening in Cape Cod

What a nice afternoon and evening. I collected stunning seashells and we sat with our feet in the water. We saw a fox run across the sand and a happy toddler really having an epic experience of the ocean. Lots of tiny crabs on the beach. We walked around and looked at cute New England houses and gardens. We had one of the best meals of our trip—warm bread with kalamata olive butter, shrimp parmigiana and fettuccine Alfredo, splitsies on the brownie sundae—wow!😋So great after too many overpriced touristy meals to have really good food. We almost didn’t see this spectacular sunset because we West-coasters were facing the wrong way looking out over the ocean 😂—not that we didn’t know the sun set the other way, just habit. Motel is really nice—right on the water, lovely room. I’m still dealing with a lot of anxiety but it’s important to remember that it’s all a mix, and days like this it can be in the background.
