A short drive today.We checked in at the showgrounds for tonight then Reg and I went for a nostalgic drive to Araluen where some of his descendants made their living from gold mining. Nothing there now but a pub and lots of old rundown dwellings.We visited the local cemeteries at Araluen and Braidwood where we found some of the family graves. Now relaxing at camp waiting for our travel buddy to sort out her injured knee in Queanbeyan!Read more

A quiet day today. Visited the farmers market in town and then caught up with the washing....the boys did a great job of setting up the lines and hanging the washing for us!
