Traveler Loy’s story about how she discovered some of the rock art was really engaging. She said that in this area she feels a very strong connection with her ancestors and would often come to sit and connect. One day the spirit of her grandfather told her to have a good look around at that particular spot ... she saw nothing but there was still this strong connection to him willing her to find what he wanted. A couple of visits later she became really frustrated and sat down to think what he could possibly mean... sure enough under a rock ledge was the beautiful art work undiscovered till then.
