Stefan drove us 25km to Eichenberg in Austria for a forest trail and local cheese tasting. It is the end of summer and everything is green and lush. So different from Adelaide.
We walked to Hinteregg and tasted hard cheeses and bought goat cheese and 6 month old Forarlberg hard cheese.
Next Alma Bergsennerei which was closed but they have an outdoor fridge with cheeses, meats, milk and yoghurts. Payment by an honour system.
