The hottest spot in town: the FBI aka Fanny Bay Inn is a really nice pub to spend time during the days and in the evenings. There you will get daily changing specials for a few bucks and live music on saturdays. It opens at 11am just in time for lunch.
Once a week a few wonderful women meet there to have a drink and talk about their knitting/crocheting projects or everything else;) I was invited to join them. Thank you ladies for having me! And thank you Janice for bringing me to your club! I had a really good time :)Read more

We say goodbye to very nice people in a geourgeous place.
It was amazing!
David and Janice welcomed us into their home practically as family. We enjoyed working on the property and never had a boring day! Thank you for offering us the chance to visit a few landmarks during our stay and helping us with our future endeavors. We are really sad that we are already leaving. We hope that you will find many more workawayers and create great memories with them. We absolutely recommend to visit David, Janice, Nathan and the Camelids! :)Read more
Traveler It was so wonderful having Thilo and Gesine stay with us! You were so helpful, we thoroughly enjoyed our time with you. Too bad it wasn’t longer, time went by too fast. It was a sad day... we sold moose and had to let him drive of with a stranger we met only a day prior... a brave truck that took us everywhere we wanted and never let us down. We will remember you!
