    Canada Here we come.

    September 12, 2017 in Canada

After a heck day to get here, we finally arrived in our room at 10pm, Canada Time, but with time difference it was 3am in London, so we were virtually on the go for 22 hrs, with only a couple of micro sleeps along the way. First the plane was delayed on our first leg out of Heathrow, that made us miss our connecting plane. They rescheduled us to get another flight, gave us a meal ticket, but that wasn't going until 17.10. That was delayed, flew out at 18.00. I didn't have a good flight with my restless legs, which seems to come on when I am tired. We had window Seats, so had to keep asking the lady next to me to get out so I could walk around. I was so pleased when we landed, and the rest went smoothly, to our hotel.
Today we are on Down time, catching up on washing etc, ready for our next adventure.
Would you believe that we only have paper cups to drink our tea out of in the hotel and lucky I brought tea bags with will get better.

Day 2 Trip to Niagara Falls

    September 13, 2017 in Canada

A day touring and meeting our new passengers for our tour. We departed at 8.30am for Niagara Falls. We had a brief toilet stop on the way, then arrived for the boat trip, which takes us up close to the base of both falls, the bridal which is on the USA, side and the Horseshoe Falls on the Canadian side of the Borders. We got supplied with ponchos to keep us dry, which we needed as the spray comes right into the boat. It was an experience to see.Read more

    Niagara on the Lake

    September 13, 2017 in Canada

We drove on to a lovely park to view a floral click, then onto the town of Niagara on the Lake. What a beautiful town...I think I could live here....So very colourful with plants everywhere. The trees were starting to change colour as well.

    Toronto Sightseeing

    October 8, 2016 in Canada

Read more

    October 7, 2016 in Canada

Read more

    Niagara Fälle // Leaving Toronto

    October 12, 2016 in Canada
