There were beautiful views of the Arica town and the harbor from on top of the hill. We could see for quite many kilometers away.
Ice land black beach & this hill on sea shore is just of similar contrast..
On top of the hill, there are cannons displayed from before the world war I and there's also a museum for the marines from long time ago.
