We're back in Wellington and I was keen to try something Chilean and that didn't involve the BBQ. The empanadas were very tasty mince pies. The salad was refreshing - I always like coriander in my salad.
The boys are hopping across the Argentine/Chilean border so regularly that I don't know what I should be cooking.
