      Anti-inflammatoires, anti-douleurs à base de tramadol, anti-épileptiques pour les douleurs neuropathiques, anti-dépresseur neuropathique, anxyolitique, ... #fibromyalgie #syndromeehlersdenlos (SED) #encéphalomyélitemyalgique (EM) #TSA (un peu beaucoup anxieuse car un peu autiste... 😁😁)

      Kardegic pour faciliter la circulation du sang, depuis mes 2 AIT (accident ischémique transitoire) en 2012...

      Bain, massage à base de gel anti-inflammatoire, d'arnica et de gel naturel aux plantes.... depuis ma chute dans l'escalier du métro de Milan, mon surnom est Madame Ouille... des bosses et des bleus... malin ... très malin.. 😒😒😒

      Théalose pour les yeux et autres traitements salivaires pour soulager le syndrome sec de Goujerot-Sjrögren...

      Ah oui.. n'oublions pas le célèbre Levothyrox 😅😅 pour la thyroïdite auto-immune d'Hashimoto...

      Day 8!🇨🇿🇩🇪

      Hello from Nuremberg!
      We woke up today in Prague, Czech Republic. Our checkout wasn’t till 12:00 so we left our rucksacks and went in to town. First we had breakfast at a small caffè with croissants that were super fresh!
      Then we went and explored. First we visited the Old town square, a beautiful central part of the medieval town of Prague. There, you can see Prague’s astronomical clock, it’s been there since the 15th century and still works with it’s old mechanism. This makes it the world’s third oldest astronomical clock, and the first to still work!
      We went up to see the view and it was beautiful. Then we headed for Charles bridge, which was built in 1357 by the then king (I don’t remember his name😂) and is full of beautiful statues. On there, locals set benches for selling their art pieces or handcrafted jewellery. We then headed to the palace, on a small hill opposite Charles bridge. We climbed up 287 steps to the top of the chapel St. Vitus, and again the view was spectacular!

      Beer Spa 🍺🛁

      Moment détente pour nous cet aprem avec ce spa très atypique 😂

      Le principe : un spa privatisé avec baignoire-jacuzzi, sauna, douche et même un lit de paille avec bien évidemment bières à volonté !!

      Le bain à remous est préparé devant nous avec des produits hygiéniques à base de bière, même le shampoing contient du houblon... Et ce n'est pas désagréable du tout 😉      Read more

      Le musée Lego

      Aucun rapport avec Prague mais nous l'avions vu dans notre guide en se disant "si on a le temps on le fait" ... On a trouvé le temps! 😂

      En fait de musée c'est une exposition dans le sous-sol du magasin Lego de Prague. C'est très sympa et c'est pour vous mes loulous 😘 Même si le faire avec vous aurait été beaucoup plus cool!Read more

      Night at the Opera

      Our first day in Prague consisted of a walk around the old town taking in the Astronomical clock at 11am followed by the Charles Bridge and Jewish Quarter before heading back to the clock to go up the tower and take a tour.

      We had a late lunch at Café Louvre before going back to our hostel to shower and change before heading out to the Estates Theatre for the Opera of Don Giovanni, which we watched from our private box (thanks Grandma).

      Prague TCHÉQUIE DAY 1

      Bien arrivés dans la capitale Tchèque.

      Aucune auberge de jeunesse libre. Peu de choix et augmentation des tarifs en raison de la crise ukrainienne. Le pays est en première ligne avec la Pologne, la Moldavie, la Roumanie, la Slovaquie...
      Nous sommes donc dans un hôtel avec petit déjeuner.
      Et quel hôtel ! Pour une fois, le confort est au rendez-vous.
      Calme, grande chambre. Et une salle de bains qui ressemble à un laboratoire.

      Les douleurs sont très fortes ce soir et la fatigue intense.

      Et j'ai très faim. Et Quentin aussi.

      Die EU ist der Gipfel

      Für heute stand der Hradschin auf dem Programm, die mit 7,28 Hektar größte Burg der Welt. Mit der Tram fuhren wir hin und her bevor wir am Fuß des Burgbergs ankamen. Dort lockte ein kleiner Markt mit vielen Fress-Ständen, aber zwischen Frühstück und Mittagessen konnten wir gut widerstehen. Es ging durch steile Gassen und viele Treppen nach oben, wo uns neben
      Menschenmassen unzählige Polizisten erwarteten. Der Zugang zur Burg war weiträumig abgesperrt, Presse und Fernsehen standen in Bereitschaft und ständig kamen schwarze Limousinen angefahren, drehten eine Runde und weg waren sie🤔. Eine Gruppe deutsche Touris klärte uns auf: Auf der Prager Burg werden schätzungsweise über 2200 Personen erwartet, darunter Delegationen, Polizisten und mehr als 1200 Journalisten aus ganz Europa. Die Burg ist von Dienstag bis Samstag für die Öffentlichkeit und Touristen geschlossen. EU Gipfeltreffen. Na prima, da kommt man nach 50 Jahren mal wieder vorbei und dann ist zu. Weil wir einmal in der Gegend waren haben wir noch Loreto mit der Schatzkammer besichtigt. War kein Ersatz. Mit der Tram machten wir uns auf die Suche nach einer Gaststätte und haben auch eine echte gefunden, Speisekarte nur in tschechisch, super Bier, gutes Essen und sehr angenehme Preise. Dann wieder nit der Tram zur Mala Strana und die Graffiti Gedenkstätten für John Lennon besucht. Ganz in der Nähe war ein hübsches Café, es war Zeit für Kaffee und Strudel. Obwohl wir mehr gefahren als gelaufen sind macht das viele Kopfsteinpflaster Pflastermüde, also in die Unterkunft. Abends haben wir noch eine Runde gedreht und waren über die schön angestrahlt Gebäude und die Stimmung begeistert. In einer Bierkneipe mit Live Musik (Akkordeon) haben wir den Tag ausklingen lassen.      Read more

      Genscher Balkon

      Alle beide hatten wir den Wunsch uns die deutsche Botschaft anzuschauen, wo Genscher mit der Ankündigung der Ausreise
      eigentlich den Beginn des Endes der DDR einläutete. Natürlich darf man in die Botschaft nicht rein, aber es war ein Weg beschrieben, von dem man einen guten Blick auf den Garten und Balkon hat. Es war ziemlich bewegend und toll finde ich auch die Trabi Skulptur mit den weglaufenden Füßen im Garten. Nach der neueren Geschichte haben wir uns mit der Nikolauskirche wieder dem Barock gewidmet. Eine imposante, riesige Kirche, prächtig ausgestattet und mit ermäßigten Eintritt für Senioren ab 70. Niemand will unsere Ausweise sehen, sehr frustrierend 😅. Heute ist die Karlsbrücke wieder sehr schön und wir suchen und finden die Stelle wo das alte Foto entstand . In der Sonne sitzend haben wir wieder deftiges tschechisches Essen genossen und sind dann durch die Stadt spaziert. Heute kein Kaffee und Kuchen, es passt nichts mehr rein.
      Nach einer Pause wollen wir in der blauen Stunde eine Bootstour machen, müssen aber eine Stunde warten, die Zeit nehmen wir uns nicht. Wir bummeln, genießen die tolle Aussicht auf die angestrahlte Burg, den fast vollen Mond und suchen uns ein Restaurant zum Abendessen, nicht wieder tschechisch ist die Bedingung. Bei einem Thailänder essen wir ganz toll, aber wir schaffen höchstens die Hälfte. Mir rinnt der Schweiß, so scharf ist das Essen.
      Im Apartment gibt es noch zwei Runden Scrabble, viel zu erzählen und zu lachen und dann ins Bett.      Read more

      Day 7!
      We woke up in Vienna and went to the train station to leave our rucksacks. Our first stop was the Belvedere palace, where the national gallery is and Gustav Klimt’s “the kiss” that I really really wanted to see! It’s my favourite painting so I was excited to see it up close. We got there, walked around the garden of the palace, got our tickets for the upper Belvedere and walked around to see the paintings.
      They were all beautiful, there was also a Van Gogh one too and the Klimt exhibition was spectacular. I loved all the colours and especially “the kiss”. ❤️
      After that we went to the gift shop and I got a bag with the famous painting on it. We left the gallery and went looking around the shops. When we went to leave one of the shops, it was poring with rain and we had to buy an umbrella cause we didn’t have anything suitable with us😬.
      We walked around Vienna for a bit longer. We also went to the Fenster cafe to have a “fensterchinno”, it’s a cappuccino in an ice cream cone! Very different, and the coffee was delicious. We then headed to a lovely park in the city to walk a bit around, and visited a big shopping centre.
      The time was passing and we had to board our train to Prague Czech Republic. The duration was 4h 30m. When we got there we had 10 minutes to check in the hostel, so Lampros ran in-front and left me a little bit behind. When we got to the hostel there was a problem with our reservation - the guy there didn’t have our reservation and couldn’t check us in, even though we had paid for it and had an email for confirmation. The situation wasn’t like what we had booked, so we decided to leave, go somewhere else and ask for our money back through booking.com. We were tired and it was late so found another hotel, showered and slept! Another day tomorrow in Prague🇨🇿      Read more
