On the train, somewhere in Sweden

Had dinner last night on the train. Very nice grilled chicken, roast veges, kale and cloudberry sauce.

Overnight sleep wasn't great. I had the top bunk, which was OK. But I think we were both overtired. Heating was hard to regulate, so we turned it off.

The room is very small but functional. It's a 3 berth cabin. God knows how we would fit 3 with luggage.

The toilets and bathrooms were broken so we had to use another carriage. I'll have a shower in Narvik.

We had breakfast when the train was stopped at Vannas. I had porridge - oatmeal with cardamom, raw lingonberries and granola, followed up with a green smoothie. Ian had a chocolate muffin with a hot chocolate.Read more
