Cénote Car Wash

Prévu : lever tôt pour être efficace
Réalisé : lever 10h ... 😬 ... Raté

On va a la cénote Car Wash, qui est d'après ce qu'on a lu le meilleur rapport qualité prix. Elle porte ce nom car il y avait une station de lavage de taxi dans le passé ... Glam !!!

Je passe l'épisode du transport qui est encore une fois une vraie plaie ici ... On arrive quand même à trouver un collectivo (transport public) ... assez raisonnable.

Cette cénote est dingue. Eau bleue transparente, chaude et surtout le fond donne sur une grotte de 3 km de long.
Ce n'est pas la plus populaire ... On est quasi seuls ... Avec des plongeurs en bouteilles qui vont explorer la grotte.

C'est notre derrière ... On fait la fermeture !!!

Cenotes!

We spent the day swimming in a few cenotes. They are fresh water springs - around 75°. Chilly to get in, but not too cold to stay in. There were divers in there with us which was neat to see. Also had a 3’ alligator in there - the locals have named him, and apparently “he’s really friendly” and “never bothers anyone”. We saw him sunning himself at one point, but couldn’t get a good picture … but as they said, he never came even close to anyone. Crazy. Eventually we forgot he was in there with us.

Tulum has been very fun. It’s a tourist town, yet very authentic at the same time. Eye opening to see the poverty around us. Lots of trash and stray animals everywhere. It’s been a good experience for me to see how others live - puts life in perspective.Read more

Traveler how fun, looks like an old rock quarry I swam in back in the 70's....but no alligator and couldn't see a darn thing under water. Can't believe how clear it is there.

Dos Cenotes

Cenote Aktun aka. Car Wash has a very complex cave system underneath and when we arrived there, we could see some scuba divers discovering the underwater world and diving deep into the caves.

Cenote Zemway was closed and that made it a very special place for us. We sneaked into the property and jumped into the water well and enjoyed the this beautiful Cenote just for ourselves.Read more

Die Cenoten Tulums sind einfach wunderschön 😍man kann dort tauchen, schnorcheln oder einfach so die Fische beobachten 🐠
Leider waren dort keine Schildkröten aber dafür habe ich was worauf ich mich beim nächsten Mexikourlaub freuen kann 🙈Read more

Un nuevo centro para la simbiosis con la Tierra en las afueras de Tulum. ¡el primer centro de Permacultura en Tulum! (Que yo sepa)
En Tulum hay una escena gigante de Turismo Espiritual, con demasiados centros supuestamente espirituales pero con intereses mas bien económicos.
La semilla de la familia de La Okarina es una bendisol en este territorio que sufre de tantos problemas socio-ambientales.
