After a muddy stop over on Blenheim and a very calm crossing of Cook Strait, we settled in for the night at a private POP Camp in Waikanae.
Awoke this morning to a chorus of many wonderful birds singing their little hearts out.
Today is laundry day in Levin. Satellite Aerial repair day in Levin, and then to rest up and enjoy the town.... maybe on our bikes.Read more

Traveler The ferry was almost empty... we arrived 150 minutes before sailing as we thought wd might need to be towed out of the mud at the camp in the end the girl just pulled herself out, no problems.

Went for a different place to go for weekend. Lots of bird song in the bush. Really rekaxing. Were on power and had a washing machine so made most of two days there
