Oslo... Tak trochu jina cenova kategorie

    August 21, 2015 in Norway ⋅ 🌙 15 °C

Oslo.... To ti je krasny mesto... Vsechno novy....

Adelka si v obchudku chtela koupit lahvicku dzusu (0.3L).

Mirime do postele. Zitra vstavame v 4AM. V Londyne mame 4h layover a v 12:15PM odlet smer Los Angeles. Zatim ahoj, ozveme se z Londyna!

    Oslo, Royal Palace

    February 29 in Norway ⋅ ❄️ 0 °C

From the Parliament stairs we can clearly see the Royal Palace of Oslo, situated on a hill terrain right in front of us. We start walking towards the palace, while the snowfall intensifies covering everything around us with a fine white powder. Despite the not so warm welcome of Norway, I don't feel cold at all. Ludo, instead, doesn't seem to appreciate the local climate to the point that he has literally turned into a snowman...❄️🥶😂

Anyways, after seeing a few fluffy doggies on the way, we finally reach the castle. The building itself is much soberer than the classic European-style palaces, but is surrounded by a lush garden. Or at least that's what Google maps hints, because the gate to the Castle's garden is locked and guarded by a soldier, who is tirelessly walking back and forth along the fence in the icy wind of Norwegian winter. I hope he gets at least a good pay! 🙄
