Most of Castleford Tigers on the plane. Very good natured but I wouldn't want to bump into one.
A pleasant surprise on arrival - we have been upgraded to a suite! A bedroom with a view and two bathrooms.

A fitness test to estimate my vo2 max at 9am. Good result.
Then a long walk around extinct volcanos and lava fields.
Late afternoon lovely meal in Puerto del Carmen with Julia Rachel and Eddie. Finally back at the apartment birthday cream cake and some local red wine (must do some more exercise tomorrow).
