Up 8.30 ish. Not a cloud in the sky. Tea & toast on terrace. Need to keep covered today after powerful sun yesterday!

Lazy afternoon in sun the out to run club 5:30. Had chat with Joan. Andy ran with newbies. Walked towards Matagorda and had beer in nice bar we hadn't tried before. Barranco. €2. Pleased we found a bar we liked up there'. Back to Casa Carmen. Gambas, fish & escalope. All good but staff a bit aloof. Luis then remembered that he knew us from translating letter from appreciative lady last year.
Copa in Tiny to see Wendy. Hopefully she will make us new sunbed covers.

Waited for 4G vicar who arrived 4ish just as I was in shower. He installed but so far tv is worse for freezing than before and spied test all over the place. Not impressed so far.
