Today we arranged a hot air balloon ride for sunrise over the serengeti followed by a champagne breakfast which was unbelievable. We didn't see as many animals as expected which was a little disappointing but we saw some lions on the top of a big rock which was pretty cool.

Following a delicious boozy breakfast we headed back to camp to meet the others. After a long lunch we got back in our safari truck with Freddy which was sooooo much fun. We had Juan, Tracey, Michael, Hamish and Bron in our group and Freddy took us to a bar in the serengeti so stock up on supplies 😂😂

It turned out to be a boozy safari and we had such a laugh. The amount of animals around was a little disappointing so it worked out great to be with a fun group.Read more

Mer händ ei Nomittags und ei Morge Gamedrive im Serengeti Nationalpark gha und händ so d Nacht grad im Park verbrocht.

D Gamedrives händ im Truck stattgefunde was heisst, dass mer alli chönnd zäme bliibe und üse Guide de Peter zu üs chunnd und üs alles was er überd Tier so weiss verzellt. Am erste Nomittag hämmer Giraffe, ehn grossi Gruppe Gnus, Zebras und sehr aktivi Hippos gseh. Mer händ d Hippos rächt lang beobachted wie sie ehri Müüler uftoh händ, gfurzed oder ehnand umegschüpft händ zum ehn bessere Platz becho.

D Nacht im Park esch toll gsii well mer gwösst händ, dass es um üs ume viel wildi Tier werd ha. Mer sind ahgwiese worde ih de Nacht üses Zält wenn möglich ned z verloh und falls mer doch dringend mössed bisle sölle mer zerst alles ablüchte, nach Chatzeauge usschau halte und de diräkt vors Zält bisle. Ahnschinend siged denn au es paar Hyäne bi de Zält gsii und heiged ehn zimliche Lärm gmacht - ich ha natürlich wedermol nüt vo all dem mitbecho.

Am nöchste Morge hämmer uf üsem Gamedrive weder so einiges gseh! S Tollste sind aber ehn Baby und Mami Leopard gsii wo mitenand gspielt händ 😍 sooo härzig mer händ sie sicher öbbe ehn Stund beobachted! Bevor mer am Nomittag zum Krater gfahre sind hämmer no ah ehmene Picknickplatz Zmittag gässe und händ zu ehmene Ussichtspunkt chönne laufe. Uf ehm Wäg hed mer super hübschi Eidechse chönne gseh.Read more
