A couple of favourite places in Pembrokeshire. It was a sunny rainy couple of days with rainbows appearing. Being by the sea is so good
Newport sands and Parrog are just outside a small town called Newport in Pembrokeshire. A walk along a long beach and a coastal walk is so refreshing to the soul.
We spent time at the beautiful and peaceful Ffald-y- Brennin with friends from the States and enjoyed the beach at Newport sands

Visited Newquay, lovely but packed, then Newport (stop for Mark video call overlooking Poppit). Nice campsite, walked into Newport via Parrog sands and had a pint
