Made it to Cuba in a day that just saw lots of trees and forest roads. In Cuba I had my now traditional Subway wrap and footlong.

I did some training just outside of albuquerque. Tough working at altitude but you will start to adapt after a few days. Keep it up! (Matt S)

Bill Cairns You have been very high indeed. I don't think that there are many places in Africa that you can ride on your bike that are as high as that. Take it easy - altitude sneaks up on you while you are not paying attention.
