Brittany coast path part 1

Slow start after studying our next route ( another possible long long day) we decided we needed half a day off to rest our feet & legs. Lovely stroll along the prom of Pleneuf val Andre , quite upmarket resort , towards the port . Quiet marina , deep blue Ceanothus , shutters , wisteria starting to flower , a few restaurants . Luckily ‘La Voile ‘ ( the sail) open! Crispy whitebait , wow! Restaurant busy for a Monday , we chilled here until time for our bus. Walked ( climbed!!) from Morieux to Hillion along a river which opened up
to a huge expanse of sand and the estuary. Horses being exercised on the sand , birds , an amazing nature reserve , so so still & quiet. Arrived at our basement flat….in quiet town , with supermarket nearby….result! Our fav ‘Tone’ omlette for tea 🐓🥚❤️Les mer
