A yr ago, I connected the dots between a couple of LinkedIn posts on KTM, Ducati,... and Strava bike ap to connect to 'Martin', a bicycle rider SW of Munich. I gave kudos for his rides and bulldog walks. Then I noticed on the route map, the town of his starts was 'Tutzing'. I got him to Strava connect by informing him that he lived in a town almost bears my actual last name (not my faster-sounding, Italian alias, Tussinelli :-). A long story to say, hmmmm, are we from Kiel, Germany, or close-by Strausbourg, France, as we thought, ...or SW of Munich?

...as with Mini-Cooper*? RAF pilots rolling over in their graves?? Oddly, it seems RR has bought German ship engine mfr., MTU - at Bodensee. The M part is for Maybach, that made some of the Zeppelin engines. It's a small - and confounded - automotive world!
