    big sister raved about having the best soufflé she's ever had here so we were convinced!

    ...I pretty much agreed after having for myself! perfectly baked, kept its shape and paired perfectly with the chrysanthemum ice cream😋

    amuse-bouche
    -parmesan froth, foie, and wine reduction...these amuse-bouche sure has a way to making your mouth happy, don't they!

    le bar et le saumon
    -sea bass and salmon carpaccio with lemon vinaigrette and poppy seed

    les huitres
    -kushi oysters, poached in their shell with salted brittany butter

    l'oeuf
    -semi boiled egg on a carbonara pearl pasta with smoked bacon and green asparagus

    ~a chef making the famous robuchon mashed potatoes😋😋😋 I can die happy with a bucket load of this😋

    been here twice before and left with the idea that this is a must for every visit to Vegas. such a great and delicious experience from start to finish!

    we did a preset menu which comprised of an amuse-bouche, 2 appetizers, one main, and one dessert.

    their bread is divine and such a treat on its own. they know we loved it so much, they gave us a basket-worth to take home...if only they also included the french butter too😆😉!

    here, the sisters bourgied it all up 😘 by putting their new-found wine-tasting-skill to test...it's one of those "you had to be there" moment😉!

    cocktail hour before our final dinner in lv! since we had such a wonderful time with afternoon tea we thought why not! went back to the mandarin bar and enjoyed some fab drinks and a beautiful view of the strip at night! what a great idea...highly recommended spot!

    when you don't gamble, overindulging on food is kinda the only other thing to do in lv, no?!😉

    only in vegas would you have greasy burgers, fries with toppings, and chocolate malt milkshake for breakfast😉!

    ...we worked out and sweated buckets before all this so we were quite deserving 😆😉!

    last of the set...
    -perfectly grilled wagyu beef with wasabi
    -another perfectly grilled pork cheeks (both had a sauce you'd want to drink for days...so tasty😋)
    -salmon roe marinated with dashi on shiso, seaweed, and rice
    -last and certainly not the least, strawberry sorbet drizzled with condensed milk!
