Today we took a cooking class from Chef Achmed on the Viking Neptune. I the 4 hour coarse we cooked Kingfish Tartare, Roast Loin of Veal and a Milk Chocolate Tart. I have a new appreciation for the incredible food served on this ship. Many dishes take two days to prepare.Read more
