Arrived nice and early to get setup. Internet connection working despite the trees. Beautiful, if old fashioned site.
Once setup I had to call the RAC for a cracked windscreen. They had me ring auto Czytaj więcej

Aeropress makes a good cup of coffee!

PodróżnikI have my aeropress packed for our Greek holiday - it does make good coffee and if you are really eco (stingy) you can rinse the paper disc and reuse it!
PodróżnikI have a stainless disc for that! But while camping the paper is much easier to just chuck in the compost! (Eco campsite)

Have driven some beautiful roads and through cotes du rhone country to get here. Sadly, most of the caves were closed when I passed. Bit of research needed to find a good one to go to.

Bit of sight seeing started with the bridge. The rest got blown out by lack of parking for tall cars and a million tourists!

Cheese salad was beautiful, accompanied by a Tarvel rose.
In fact, the rose was so nice I had to buy some (along with some cote du rhone)

Stopped at the side of the road for a moment, then realised the wild flowers were full of butterflies.
Especially pleased to see the hummingbird hawk moth!

A wander from the campsite to the centre of Connaux to get some croissants for breakfast and some bread for lunch. The baker even had a little espresso machine!
