Ecogarden Tour

Had a lovely tour this evening. Ecogarden was built be a man named Jose. He bought the property 5 years ago and developed a garden with native plants to attract native animals. And it worked! We saw a crazy number of frogs and insects, as well as 2 sloths. We held poison dart frogs in our hands and on our noses. Jose was very knowledgable about all the animals and plants. Afterward his wife served us some tea made of sugarcane and ginger and some local snacks. An adorable family run operation.Lue lisää
