Walk around the town and stop for a seafood lunch of mussels and haddock. Back to site and took down tent as rain forecast.

Stunning drive through Oban south to Craignish. Beautiful sunny day and the autumn colours on the trees made it even better. Photos don't do it justice, but here they are anyway.

Left Scotalnd just as the rain took hold. Rained all the way to Northumberland. Luckily Andy has put the tent up on his own. It was pointless both of us getting wet 😀

Drove the country route through the dales to Skipton. Beautiful clear skies. Stopped at Bolton Abbey CMC and then met up with Judith and Tim at the Wooley Sheep in Skipton.
