The fields still amaze me with their color...too bad the tractor was going by..
And.... I thought FLATLANDS!!!!
And why do I have a strangely foreboding feeling about tomorrow's morning?..😉

We are having Spanish version of Korean bibimbap and miso soup

Hard to talk to this group of Asian folks..

The couple by themselves are Robin and Ruth
The "big" table is where I was sitting...and we didn't go through names
Eric and his daughter Ellie are from upstate NY, a young gents are from Germany, Korea and Minnesota

Stephanie was in my albergue at Hornillos del Camino. She is 1/2 British and 1/2 German but she lives in Cyprus (the Greek side).
For a long time her parents were missionaries in Turkey and then they moved the family to Cyprus. Their missionary organization now does broadcasting on 4 channels as well as social media and they proclaim Gospel to the people of Africa and Middle East 👍❤️

Traveleryes especially in the fields however this one is the largest that I have seen so far the boat apparently does ferry you from one end to another for 2E...but not today 😁

Admittedly bit a little bit more than I can chew by aggressively planning couple of upcoming days at 30-plus km which I now realize I cannot possibly do
I now know that it would be very hard to do even without any blisters which unfortunately I still have
so taking another "rest" day somewhat earlier than planned but completely taking it easy and grabbing a train to León which will then shorten the overall walk and allow me to plan for shorter daily stages
