The country out here is already dry and flat, even though we are less than 2 hours east of Perth. It must be a tough life out here.
The train takes a five minute stop in Merredin to change the train crew. The smokers take the chance for a crafty drag. And Rob for a crafty stroll ;-)

A wander into town - 20 minutes away - was rewarded with a totally delicious Thai meal at Yada Thai on Hannan Street. As good a Thai meal as I’ve had anywhere.
