ViaggiatoreWe went to a pharmacy and the pharmacist had seen this a bazillion times. She gave me a compression brace and some CBD/arnica/rosemary oil/menthol cream. After 3 days of walking in it anyway it is slowly feeling better. But forces me to take breaks!
