We were picked up by our friendly taxi driver, Don, who took us to Kyle of Lochaish to catch the train to Inverness. Instead of taking a ferry across to the mainland we ent over the Skye Bridge.
The train was late into Lochaish and even later into Inverness so we didn’t do the planned 10 km walk. Instead, after checking in to our quite reasonable accommodation we took our washing to the nearby laundry, went for a walk and ended up at Wetherspoons for dinner.Read more
