Across the Nullarbor SA-WA

Spent the afternoon at Hawker, went to the Jeff Morgan Gallery, amazing story of his life and what lead him to painting. He had a work accident which lead to depression and failed suicide. He always had a passion for the Flinders growing up here and picked up his daughters paints and hasn't looked back. He paints the Australian outback and has done major panorama artwork. One, we saw was in a shed, lining the walls and ceiling, we climbed 2 flights of stairs to get the full 360 deg view he has painted as if you were standing on St Mary's Peak looking over the ranges, amazing! (Weren't allowed to film, has won many awards)Very interactive as he landscapes the floor to suit the canvas. Well worth a look!
