Mirador Salto Del Agua

This is the viewpoint that breaks off to go to the bottom. We didn’t make it very far because of the ropes and having to go back up. Instead we continued onto the top.

Beverly and I decided to go on a little walk on the dunes that are just outside our apartment. It was tougher than we thought to walk in the sand and my shoes were filled with sand at the end. It wasЧитать далее

Zip lining at Cascada de las Animas was quick but fun.

Cascada de las Ánimas

Very cool hike. The guide was required for the hike, but he taught us about some different kinds of trees and plants. We hugged a tree that was very old.
Monumento Natural El Morado: Aguas Panim

The first point on this hike is a very lucious green space. The climb started off pretty steep and the views just kept getting better.
Monumento Natural El Morado: Laguna

Laguna Morales is the name of the lake that is the 2nd stop in the park. When we started they said not to hike past this point. We got here with just enough time to make it back to the beginning byЧитать далее
Emblase El Yeso

The drive was crazy and treacherous. We drove through waterfalls and around huge trucks. The view of the lake was incredible.
Metropolitan Park of Santiago

My second time at this park. We tried to walk to the pools, but they were both closed for the season. We went for lunch afterwards when we couldn’t go for a swim.
Esmerelda joins us!

It was a long journey, but she’s finally here and ready to travel! 🐈

Seems like this might have been a cult, but the temple was pretty impressive.
Cerro San Cristóbal

Fun hike to the top of the hill. I slipped on the way down, but managed to rescue my bottle on the next switchback down.
