Welp after being up all night with our 1:30am departure from Saigon, luckily our hotel let us check in at 8 AM. So we slept all day then headed out for street eats.

The greens are lovers tears. So I Googled that and it said rain mushroom. I ate it and still don't know what it was. The waiter said it grows on the ground. That clears it up.

The Kindness Hotel is great. Free self serve laundry, ice cream, snacks, coffee, tea, cakes, bikes, bottled water, etc, etc. Great midrange hotel.
