Yes need to get a drink and cereal bar for the journey up. Perhaps a coffee somewhere. Meal deal for lunch pop to co op on Saturday before work get some bits then coffee in a garage. Will need to eat or feel weak.

Just a short walk today 6.5 miles + 6.5 miles sightseeing. Firstly is pics from along the way. I literally strolled today and I enjoyed the relaxed pace. My feet are very happy tonight.

The video is a chicken stealing fruit off the tree. As is walked up the damn thing was hopping up and down and as soon as I got my phone out it got camera shy. I waited and waited and finally I won 🤣
