Steep Point Journey

We made it to mainland Australia's most Westerly point! It was an epic 10 hour day, but it was unreal and the scenery was mindblowing! Joel now only has the most southerly point to tick off!
Steep Point Cliffs

The cliffs surrounding Steep Point are unbelievably high, towering out of the deep blue ocean, so ferocious and it was a calm(ish) day!

Nor 6 & Zuytdorp Cliffs

Nor. 6 is a memorial to a fishing trawler lost to the sea. It also provides a beautiful view over the Zuytdorp Cliffs on one side, and back over the San dunes to the cal waters of the Strait on the Czytaj więcej

What an amazing engineering marvel! Two steel structures perched atop the cliff, allowing you to peer over down to the Murchison River. The breeze was very welcome in the scorching heat too!

The cliffs around Kalbarri are amazing, we can imagine how beautiful they would look on a clear day! We enjoyed the quick lookout walks to take in the views, all be it super hot!

Wow, it's definitely fifty shades of pink this lake 💗 from bubblegum pink to soft pastel pink it's a sight to be seen. It was even more spectacular to see from the air!
