First 24 hours in London

So after a long flight and connection from Dubai I finally made it to Gatwick airport. The temperature was nice, cool and crisp just like what I was expecting. A nice change from Brisbane!

Found was hotel after figuring out the buses and checked in.

After a little stroll to find food and people watch I stopped at a nearby eatery for some fish and chips and a glass of wine before the jet lag started to set in.

Had breakfast then met up with Simon who I met on contiki in 2011.

Got on so many tubes!

Simon showed me all this amazing Street art.

We walked heaps, ate Indian, saw a few tourists sites and drank a few pints!
