Reisende Nice images which remind me of holidays we have enjoyed in Pickering which is at one end of this line, the other, I believe, being Whitby. A lovely line through some very picturesque scenery. It is reminiscent of the Severn Valley Railway as you mentioned Bridgnorth and, of course, Arley station too is used extensively in film, TV and in adverts...sometimes it is quite good fun spotting it! I didn't know you were a fan of the Harry Potter books/films but coming to think of it, I wouldn't be surprised to find that you were really a follower of "he who should not be named"! No, I'm joking really. Hope the weather was conducive for the walking.
