The seals bring their pups up to this waterfall but there was only one there when we went. It was sleeping under a rock. There were lots more by the road near the ocean.

ПутешественникYes, that would be good. I was wondering if you had a picture of the Tasman glacier. It looks like that has changed a lot. They had a sign showing what it looked like in the 1990s compared to now which was pretty shocking.

ПутешественникSo beautiful. We visited that area in summer and it was cold then. The springs must have been very welcome.
ПутешественникYes the springs were good. They would be better in summer I think because they aren't very hot. Unfortunately I think it's the last commercial hot spring but there are a few more natural ones we can walk to.

Sealy Tarns Track Mount Cook with Muller Glacier in the foreground and the Hooker Glacier behind. The Sealy Tarns were completely frozen so you could walk on them.

ПутешественникThanks, yes we got to do most of the ones we wanted to do on the North Island. We're driving south now because most of the roads and walks in the North of the South Island were closed when we arrived because of the storms so we will try and do the Milford track and other great walks before the season starts.
